Step 4: We will prepare your Virtual Staging Action Plan and email it back to you. Please allow 24-48 hours to receive our Report

What will the Virtual Staging Action Plan include?

Our Virtual Staging Action Plan is an individualized Home Staging Report which includes our recommendations on:

• General changes and improvements to be made;

• Colour palettes;

• Furniture, accessories and artwork to be removed or added;

• Specific instructions on how the rooms should be arranged;

• A 15-30 minute telephone conference call to share and discuss our recommendations.
