My passion for home staging began twenty years ago when I used to drive my family nuts by constantly moving furniture around or trying out new arrangements of family photos on the mantel. What can I say, I love what I do! Today, I have made a successful career out of transforming dull, boring and unsellable houses into eye catching, polished homes that do sell!
In addition to having formal training in interior decorating, I also have extensive education and lots of personal experience in this field. I currently hold the designation of Professional Real Estate Stager, Certified Redesign & Staging Specialist as well as Qualified Colour Consultant & Interior Decorator.
One of the reasons why I chose staging as a profession is the many benefits I can to bring you, the average home owner. Traditional interior decorating uses all new furniture to create that 'new look' at quite a cost, but with my practical redesign approach, you don't have to spend money on new things to get similar results. I am passionate about what I do and provide my clients with a refreshing, down-to-earth approach when creating fabulous spaces filled with beauty and functionality for them.
When your home is in chaos and you need to get it on the market quickly, I know what needs to be done, who to call, and how to put it all together for you. Over the years I have built strong relationships with many painters, haulers, carpenters and carpet cleaners throughout the area, providing you optimal benefit from their professional and speedy services. I also work closely with other professionals in the area such as Dawn Devlin who specializes in redesign. Dawn believes that budget should never limit anyone from achieving a design that works for them! every room and space has potential!
One of my biggest strengths is mastering the art of juggling a hundred details at once; my fabulous professionally trained team and I can effectively and efficiently provide excellent results under extreme pressure. I will ensure all the details of preparing and decorating your home to sell are handled quickly and professionally. You have my word!
I am a member of the Professional Real Estate Stagers and the The Real Estate Staging Association. I am also a staging instructor for PRES (Professional Real Estate Staging Training).
