It’s April!! Hopefully now we can get onto the business of enjoying sunshine and beginning our spring yard clean ups!  As always our aim with our monthly newsletter is to fill it with great articles, information and stories that will inspire and educate you.

When you get ready to place a home on the market it becomes a product.  Similar to the items on the shelves of your local store, each product has features and benefits, pluses and minuses, as well as competition.

To compete in the marketplace, a product must be priced correctly and packaged better than competing products. Houses are no different.

Home Staging before or after putting the house on the market?
