Ignore Details, Lose Sale
Why details are important
Businesses get in trouble when they ignore small problems, according to author Michael Levine in his book, "Broken Windows, Broken Business: How the
Smallest Remedies Reap the Biggest Rewards." Home sellers also have to pay attention to the smallest details or risk failure.
EnergizedSeller.com recently visited some sellers who were frustrated
because their home hadn't sold. They invested several thousand dollars in improvements but failed to fix the important details that give home buyers
a negative impression of the home. Below are 5 of the 10 details that were ignored by the home owners. Do you have some of your own examples?
- Missing fixtures
- Dirty walls or doors
- Disorganized Closet
- Sloppy paint job
- Worn hardware and doors
Go here
to read more on details and to see what the other 5 details the homeowners ignored.
Great Resource:
Add a designer touch to your room! WALL HUGGERS are
upholstered panels secured to a wall to form a head board. If you have recently changed your bed size and your Headboard no longer fits or you have
updated your mattress yet another time and the height of the mattress is burying your Headboard or perhaps you live in a small space such as a condo
and there is no room to move in your bedroom... Then Wall Huggers
are for you. Check out their website. GREAT IDEA!!!
If you know of a great article, story you would like to share with us or perhaps a business that has a product or service that blows you away, let us
know as we would be happy to showcase them in our newsletter.
Sincerely,
Kym Tarr
